The Marin Redwood 1 E Electric Bike combines a powerful Bafang electric drive system, comfortable low-step frame geometry, and practical urban cycling features. Designed for daily commuting, recreational riding, and city transportation, the Redwood 1 E features a 500W rear hub motor, 672Wh integrated battery, torque-sensing pedal assistance, and an 8-speed Shimano drivetrain.
Built around Marin's all-new Series 3 Redwood 6061 aluminum frame, the Redwood 1 E offers a super low-step design for easy mounting and dismounting. Internal cable routing provides a streamlined appearance, while integrated rack and fender mounts make the bike versatile for everyday transportation.
Bafang 500W Rear Hub Motor with 75Nm Torque
The Marin Redwood 1 E is equipped with a Bafang 500W rear hub motor producing 75Nm of torque for responsive electric assistance.
A torque-sensing bottom bracket measures pedaling input and adjusts motor assistance accordingly, creating a smooth, intuitive riding experience.
The integrated 48V, 14Ah, 672Wh battery powers the electric drive system. Compatibility with the Bafang Go+ smartphone app adds digital connectivity.
1.4-Inch Color Display & Twist Throttle
The Redwood 1 E features a compact 1.4-inch color display with electric assistance mode controls and turn signal functionality.
