The Fairfax ST 1 from Marin is the perfect urban bike for those looking for a dependable flat-bar fitness bike. The Fairfax ST1 features a lightweight aluminum step through frame, a stout chromoly fork, and a reliable Shimano drive train, and was named, "Best Hybrid" by Wirecutter. Available at Bike Attack Santa Monica, Playa Vista, Culver City, Los Angeles.
The Fairfax ST 1 is also available in a standard model.

The Fairfax 1 is the most affordable in the collection. Named “Best Hybrid” many years running by Wirecutter it’s built around a lightweight Series 1 aluminum frame and a sturdy CrMo fork and comes with a 3x7-speed Shimano drivetrain, Clark’s mechanical disc brakes and plenty of reliable Marin components.
Why choose a step-through bicycle frame? Traditionally designed for female riders wearing skirts, the step-through has evolved to suit anyone that prefers a frame that’s far easier to swing a leg over. They’re ideal for less flexible riders, slow-speed urban cycling and riders that need to load their bike up with bags or kids.
