(nice choices, which one do you want the black one?) One day, Edoardo Bianchi was called by the King of Italy, Umberto, to teach the royals to ride a bike. Also to Queen Margherita. 

And it seems that Edoardo Bianchi decided to introduce the "Celeste Bianchi" just to remember the color of the queen's eyes. We think that Edoardo Bianchi wanted to express his personal liking and devotion for the Queen.
