TECH
Bosch Motor - Performance Line CX Smart System
The Bosch Performance Line CX is fully networked in the smart system, so it remains up-to-date even after purchase. With a maximum torque of 85 Nm, you really feel the difference in how your E-Bike handles. You can customize the Eco, Tour, Sport and Turbo riding modes in the E-Bike Flow app. Keep your E-Bike looking sleek thanks to the wireless speed sensor.
Bosch Power Tube
Thanks to their range, long service life, intelligent battery management system and easy handling, Bosch Power Tube lithium-ion batteries are among the most modern on the market.
Bosch Display - Kiox 300
With its colored screen, see everything at a glance: speed, distance, power, cadence and calorie consumption – Connected to the powermeter inside the motor, the Kiox 300 shows directly your fitness data. Operating with the handlebar controller, it’s easy to change screens and modes or activate the walk assistance. The Bluetooth connection will automatically detect your phone for updates and sharing info.
Patented Integrated Suspension System
The all-new Patron eRIDE Platform features Scott's Patented Integrated Suspension Technology.
For the optimal performance of a suspension shock, power transfer must be the most direct possible. What Scott wants to avoid is any inefficient directional movements, in other words, lateral movements (sideways to the direction of travel) as the shock goes through its compression.
Having an integrated shock allows them to improve this in several ways. Firstly, the frame construction around the shock and with the trunnion mount can be designed to be much more rigid, reducing movement and fostering more efficient power transfer. They can also add much larger bearings to the seat tube pivot, further reinforcing this area and reducing any unnecessary motion. Scott's integrated Suspension technology also helps them to engineer frames with a lower motor and battery placement which lowers the center of gravity. As a result, the bike benefits from better handling, and a more stable, confidence inspiring ride for the end user.
Easy Shock Access
Accessing the shock via the top tube area is facilitated through a hatch. By rotating the dial with your fingers or a coin, it will unlock the mechanism and gives access to the shock. This makes it easy to adjust rebound, compression, shock pressure, and for installing or replacing the cable for Scott's TwinLoc Suspension System.
Integrated Cables
Thanks to the new Syncros Hixon handlebar, cables are integrated.
Electric mountain bikes have a crowded handlebar, between the brakes, dropper post, gears, drive unit cables, remote and suspension lockout - that’s a lot of cables. Syncros’s designers worked on the shape to allow the cables to flow under the bar and around the sides of the stem before disappearing into the headset with integrated plastic parts to keep it clean and efficient. This avoids bends or kinks in the cables and provides a minimalist front end.  All Scott's bars and stems feature multiple options for computer, light and camera mounts both on top or under the bar.
Twinloc Suspension System
With TwinLoc, a rider can effectively control the complete frame, fork, and shock as a system. Why does this matter? A bike with 150mm of suspension travel, correctly set up, has more sag than a bike with 130mm. It's that extra travel that makes it more fun to ride and more capable on the descents, but the greater sag has an oversized effect on the bike's geometry and climbing performance. That's where TwinLoc matters.
TwinLoc helps manage the sag effect in several ways. Whereas most systems only increase low-speed compression in an effort to gain pedaling efficiency, TwinLoc allows us to not only change compression damping, but also to change the spring curve, dynamically altering the geometry of the bike. In Trail mode, the shock is not only firmer, but it has dynamically less travel. The bike sits higher, maintains a steep seat angle for those climbs, and becomes more agile. Scott also offers a third, full lockout mode for going up in the most efficient manner possible.
These unique settings optimize climbing geometry, even on longer travel bikes. Scott can eliminate the "long travel effect" that can rob your pedaling efficiency, but they're not robbing you of the full-fun, 150mm travel when you point it downhill. From a race setting, to a lunch ride, to an after work trail shred, being able to switch from mode to mode depending on a trails profile at the push of a lever is paramount to riding faster and having a damned good time.
LED Integrated Light
A front and a rear fender are delivered with the bike, both fenders are tailor made for the Patron for a clean and perfect adjustment. For optimal security, the rear fenders come with integrated LED lights that are directly powered by the motor battery. A cable is already routed, and a plug already mounted on the handlebar for a front light. A range of Syncros accessories are available for the Patron eRIDE such as a kickstand, a rear fender, a rear rack or an action camera mount.
Bosch Flow App
Use the E-Bike Flow app to control all functions of the smart system, connecting the drive unit, battery, display and control unit. It allows you to customize the E-Bike exactly to your preferences, enhance it and keep it up to date: You can simply download new features and services, connecting updates for your E-Bike via Bluetooth. This keeps your E-Bike up to date and continuously upgraded with new features. This is how you can take your riding enjoyment to even higher levels.
Light Ready
In order to mount a front or rear light, Scott has already routed the cables in the frame, and there is no need for an extra battery – the power comes straight from the drive unit battery.
29 Wheels
Improved roll-over is the most noticeable attribute  when it comes to 29” wheels. The big wheels are great for rolling over nasty roots and rocky sections, essentially making it easier to ride these conditions. Improved traction is also a key factor with the increased wheel diameter compared to 27.5” wheels as tire contact to the ground is larger.

• Best Roll-Over Performance
• Carries Momentum
• Maximum Traction surface
• Best stability on easy trails
• Lowest suspension stress
• Great for larger frame sizes
• Increase stability on long curve
